What is the AquaHacking Prairies Challenge?

It’s more than a competition — it’s a journey. Over 8 months, you’ll work in a team, guided by mentors, Elders, water experts, and industry leaders. Together, you’ll explore innovative ways to tackle real water issues using both Indigenous knowledge systems and Western science — a powerful Two-Eyed Seeing approach.

Whether you’re a student, young professional, coder, communicator, environmentalist, or simply care about water — there’s a place for you here.
