Mobile application for the fishing community. The app provides extensive information about fish species and current fishing restrictions, as well as information shared by other fishers, maps of waterways and access points, basics for planning a fishing trip and, of course, the option to share it all with friends on social media.

About the Challenge
The St. Lawrence River is the 3rd largest river in North America, where 60% of the Quebecers live along its shores. It's the source of drinking water for more than 3.5 million people. The St. Lawrence River, an undeniable part of Quebec history, a platform for life and recreation, and an important economic source that’s facing major socio-economic challenges.

2016 AquaHacking Youth Delegation
As part of AquaHacking 2016, a delegation of young professionals and students joined forces to propose a vision for the St. Lawrence River by 2030. This vision is broken down into major orientations for the development, enhancement, rehabilitation and conservation of the St. Lawrence. This vision is the result of a consultation process between the respective networks of the delegates of the St. Lawrence Vision 2030 Committee.
